Go on line and research Government grants... Also, your local municiple center will have materials to help you on your way. Also, check with a bank manager. Most financial institutions will collaborate with the city council to fund non-profitable organizations. Lastly, go to your state representatives. They can usually get your foot in the door with Government grants. Do A LOT of research.

the gov't has community based grants for this kinda stuff. it will take a TREMENDOUS amount of work/writing to get one though.
