How old do you have to be to volunteer in SPCA shelters?

Are there any SPCAs or Animal Shelters I could volunteer in in or around Susquehanna Valley in Pennsylvania?

I live in the Susquehanna Valley in Pennsylvania. I want to volunteer in an Animal Shelter or a local SPCA. I used to live in Richmond, VA, and my friends there volunteer at their SPCA, so I know that I'm old enough and I have a lot of free time on my hands. Does anyone know of any places I could go? I generally live in the Selinsgrove/Winfield/Lewisburg/Milton/Mi… area. Best answer gets 10 points.
