I'm looking for a nonprofit organization that my group could build things for.?

I'm in charge of a project involving a group of about 120 high schoolers and 8th graders in my Latin club. We have decided to try to find something (or things) to build for a nonprofit organization. If anyone has an idea for a project that would be relatively easy for a group like mine, I would really appreciate hearing about it.
