Programs Similar to Peace Corps?

Are there programs similar to the Peace Corps(as in volunteer work in other countries) but that don't require a 4 year college degree could apply for?

This might be a possibility. I would say the military would be something similar. I know from experience since my daughter was in the Peace Corps and I was in the military. If your shaking your head right now, then I would suggest your try something like being a missionary from a church. The big hang up about going overseas to help is the cost. The cost to get over there, the cost for monthly maintenance, getting a program set up and helping people.
