How to develop a mobile payment system?

Hi,i want to develop a system that can contribute to people as well as enhance my programming language?

• what kind of system, program, application i can develope to contribute to those people in need of help? example in term of education, health, orphans.... so far i'm thinking about making a donation system for poor people.......... i'm not sure about the function i should put.... i'm thinking about using "add name of the donater, the money they donate, addresses, where their money will go ( which NGO's )... what else do you think? do you think it's a good system? if yes, is there any resources i can refer ( i plan to use java to develop this system) , or do you have any other ideas you can share with me.... i'll be so appreciate your help... thank you
