Is World Charity Organisation a real Organisation?

Do you know of a Charity Organisation that wants to roll out its services towards the needy orphans?

• Hello, i grew up in a poor community somewhere back in my country, i went through my education with difficulties and now am here a broad working, but am just surprised that since my child hood i have never seen any any charity organisation that's willing to help my poor community. There are a number of orphans and widowed women suffering from HIV and malnourishment, poor education and other social problems, but not even the government has taken that int consideration. Last month i just founded a community based project and donated land for building a clinic for mothers and sick HIV children in my community. am hereby calling upon any charity organisation that is willing to establish their support in Africa to come to our aid.
