Volunteer work for 12 yr old girl?

  • im 12 years old and i was thinking aout volunteer work for a month this summer.................... what can i do? any websites ?? P:S: i live in Everett, WA

    sometimes local elementry school or preschool that have a summer session will let older kids volunteer (at least they do in cali) so you could try that But there is always soup kitchens and shelters that always need help but if you do that i would say to take someone with you

Senior Citizen Centers would be perfect. Older people love younger people, reminds them of grandchildren etc. They have activites that someone your age could help pass out things to them, while they work art projects out whatever. These types of places are safe places for a young girl to work.
