Oldest game console you own?

How can I get businesses to donate a video-game console in support of our high school club's fundraiser?

• Our high school's HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) chapter just started this year and we need to raise funds for a Nevada State Competition. We really want to put on a video game tournament for the students at our high school where the winner receives a video game console. The only problem with our idea is that we do not have a game console to give away, and buying one would essentially compel us to lose money. Having a video game console to give away as a prize to the winner of the tournament is an integral part of the fundraiser because it will greatly increase interest in the tournament and it would also allow us to increase the registration fee for participants.

  On school letterhead with the tax exempt number included the principle sends a request to the companies that make the product. All large companies Donate but it takes 6 months to 1 yr for a response. Look up corporate offices for Game Stop and others. All websites list a Community Contact person.
