how do i find a list of businesses around my town for sale i want to buy either a restaurant, or a autoshop, or any business please let me know

u can buy mine. i currently have no overhead and no cashflow. as a matter of fact, i haven't had a client/customer in years. I would be willing to accept $350,000 for the whole enchilada.

You can search the newspaper they have a certain day every week where they focus on business. Otherwise you can search the MLS from a local realtor website for commercial listings that are listed with realtors.

Search "businesses for sale" (funnily enough ;) ) in yahoo search...should bring up some good sites that are searchable by area/location/price/industry. Hope that helps.
