Do you have to be an experienced cook to work at panda express?

I really want to work at a near by panda express and they are actually hiring but the sign says Now Hiring Experienced Cooks. I dont cook much but I learn fast and when I checked their website on kitchen jobs it just said cooking skills were recommended. Do I have to be an experienced cook to work at Panda as a cook?
