Which charities offer scholarships for teens to go and volunteer in Africa?

I am 16 and live in the UK and it would be my dream to spend a couple of weeks in the summer as a volunteer in an African community (for example, in Kenya, Malawi or Ghana), helping at a school, hospital or something similar and I was wondering if anyone knows any charities that offer this opportunity? Thank you :)
