Answer:
It seems like your boss is just trying to get to know the staff. Answer the ones that you feel comfortable with and leave the other ones blank. If your employer asks why they are blank, just explain that you felt like they were a little on the personal side. If he makes a big deal out of it, I would suggest calling your local Labor Union and asking if the questions you did not answer are to personal. GOOD LUCK!!

Those are some odd question for an employer to ask.

Personally, I dont' find any of this very personal...It sounds as if your boss actually wants to understand his crew better....I think you should back up a bit and think this over. You are under no obligation to answer everything or anything. But the less your boss knows about your broad scope of interests, the less likely he will be to put you into untested areas of work. Good luck

why would he ask you these questions if you got on well with your boss and had some free time at the end of the day this would be some of the basis for some general chatter wouldnt it but i dont understand why it is on a questionairre are you in some kind of human resources work maybe he has asked you to fill it out as some kind of research for his job apart from that i cant understand it but i wouldnt know what to do about it best wishes xxx
