What is the best home inspector school?

RSPCA/SSPCA inspector information on entry qualification etc?

  • Hiya, I'm 16years old. One thing I hate more than anything is animal cruelty. I volunteer at my local cat+dog home (4+ days a week)and on my aunts farm when I can. I'm want to be an animal welfare inspector when I leave school. I'm just wonder why the entry qualifications for RSPCA+SSPCA are different? For RSPCA you need to be able to swim 50 metres fully clothed, but you don't for SSPCA? Just wondering why there is a difference? I live in Glasgow so I'd be applying for SSPCA! Also, if anyone who actually works for the SSPCA has any information or advice they think would benefit me please answer :) I have no problem handling any animals as i have 2 rats, 2 dogs, 3 large snakes, a leopard gecko, a tokay gecko, a large african snail, 2 budgies, 13 gold fish (haha) and 3 hamsters. Just any advice would be brilliant!! thanks :D
