How are Laws Established in India?

Considering India IS IT true that many folks break small laws in some or other way & don't get complained by??

  • Considering India IS IT true that many people break some laws in their life time perhaps which are small or of less severe nature ; for example: Traffic laws , Trespass, Bribery , Cyber laws, Disrespect of national anthem or flag, Cheating ,Copying in exams, Small theft, Defamation ,Electricity theft, Teasing or Molesting females,Child labour & Child marriage in rural places ........ knowingly or negligently or because of unawareness or circumstances and remain unnoticed ,uncomplained & unharmed???? IF yes; what do u think ; how many people of that kind are there in India??? IF yes; what are reasons behind it??

  • Answer:

Well I cannot speak for India or Indian citizens, the same thing happens here in America. We have many laws on the books such as jaywalking (crossing the street without a signal light), littering and loitering that are broken daily. As to why people break "little" laws like these, there are a variety of reasons. Some people disagree with the law and break it in an act of rebellion (like speeding in your car). Some people are ignorant of the law. Some people justify breaking the law because they feel they won't get caught. I think there are people all over the world like that. It's comforting to me to know that in the end, no one will "get away" with anything. Every deed, every word, and every thought you have ever had is written down and will be read back to you.

The need of the hour in India is to develop national character based totally on social awareness. This calls for organising a system of public life . Indians tend to pretend that they are the most cultured and civilised people on the planet, but when it comes to matters concerning charity, compassion and generosity, they doubtlessly fail miserably. Politeness and respect for law[based on real regard for fellow beings} are mostly lacking and they tend not to think rationally. It is a pity that a country which has glorios tradtions in learning and erudition. in the arts of peace should have fallen so low in treating fellow human beings. Sorry, but I spoke the truth.

It is the human tendency to break law no matter wherever he is, provided they do not get caught or prosecuted for breaking the law. Though man is born free, everywhere he is in chain. Thus the man tries to break free whenever possible. It is not a case specific to India only. The only difference between India and other developed countries is that level of prosecution is very low and time consuming.
