Michigan Legal Help??

Where do I find serious help in Michigan?

• I am an unemployed (since April of 07) mother of a special needs 7 year old. My daughter requires 24 hour care and frequent hospital visits. My husband was a stay at home dad before that, and the job loss came as a BIG suprise. I live in a VERY small community and there are not any jobs in here. I can't afford to move, otherwise I would. We are being evicited from our home, and can't get any of the agencies to help us because we are living in a home that costs too much rent per pur income ($480 rent, $489 cash assistance). Our DHS worker knew we were living here, and never said anything except that when we were to get the eviction notice to bring it to her and she could help us. Both my hubby and I are working with Michigan works, and we have applied for disablity for our daughter. I have called churches in my area and gotten some help, but I need some more. If you have any good suggestions please tell me, we could really use the help.
