Do you have to dress up in business attire if your just going in for an interview to volunteer at a hospital?

ok theres like an interview process and background check im like 17 and going to volunteer at a hospital but should i just wear casual clothing i mean its not like im going for a job there not going to pay me and this is not a business place as they will make me wear a unform if i get in anyway, so should i just wear casual.
