What international organizations is Australia involved in?

Any online organizations a teen girl can get involved with that raises money for a charity?

• I've already been involved with sevenly.com and have bought a few t-shirts already, and I've donated some of my money to smaller organizations. But I don't only want to donate what little allowance I have (lol) to these organizations, I also want to have products of theirs to buy that donate the money to the organizations, while also allowing me to spread the word.
