Is there any affordable volunteer abroad program for teens?

i am searching for affordable volunteer program for teens in Asia. Europe and other countries will be ok but i prefer to volunteer in Asia. i have been searching alot, but i just found volunteer program for above 18, and below 18 volunteer program are not so affordable. does anyone know any site where for affordable volunteer program for teen and which is safe too. ??
