How do i get back on ebay i have been banned for having two accounts at one adress?

the ebay company thinks you have 2 accounts so you can bid on your own stuff to raise the price wich is unfair the programing in thier server will never let you make another account if you call ebay support and talk to them they may be able to help you

I don't think there is anything you can do. If you decide to pursue it remember e-bay will probably sue you for breaking their terms and conditions. Sorry.

Youv' been unlucky, unless there is more to it than you're letting on? e bay obviously ban shill bidding, as the other contributor pointed out, which is basically bidding up your own items, or if you don't get a good bid and there was no reserve, you use another e mail address / user name to bid it out of the highest bidder. There is a huge amount of that going on, and a lot of it is done by some of the dodgier companies, they often have their employees register a user id and bid up their products til a price is reached that they will sell it for, so there' no chance of getting a bargain with them,. If there are two users of e bay in a family for instance, which I'm sure there are many, surely there will be different user i.d.'s at the same address? if you mean postal address, and I don't see that being necessarily being a problem. If all is ok as far as you see sure contact them, but don't hold your breath, e bay are not known for their personal customer care programme! Otherwise, it's a matter of registering again with either a new e mail address, or another one that you might have from another provider.

i doubt ebay will sue you to be honest but seeing as you didn't follow their terms and conditions you will have a hard time convincing them to let you back in. address? email address or home address?
