TO DESTROY PLAYGROUNDS IN THE YANKEE STADIUM AREA IS INSENSITIVE THE THE NEEDS OF THE RESIDENTS. CHILDREN NEED PLAY AREAS NOW! NOT FIVE(5) YEARS FROM NOW. THE ARE DESTROYING A SWIMMING POOL, A BASEBALL FIELD, A TRACK FOR RACING OR JOGGING AND PLAYGROUNDS. WHY SHOULD THE CHILDREN BE DEPRIVED? THE NEW STADIUM IS POLITICAL BECAUSE IT WILL DESTROY TREES AND BRING MORE CARS AND PEOPLE INTO AN ALREADY OVERCROWDED ASTHMA NEIGHBORHOOD. DO POLITICIANS WORK FOR THE PEOPLE OR ARE THEY JUST COMING AROUND WHEN THEY WANT YOUR VOTES???? WHAT IS GOING ON?????
