Charity Fun Running Group Ideas?

I want to do the Sainburys Mile with my friends, but want to be different. Please give me some ideas to what to do as in; joinging our legs together, hopping, slow motion etc amd what to dress up as; pirates,clowns etc Keeping in mind cheapness! i'm only 15!
