Im modeling in this fashion show to get money for american cancer society.does that count as volunteer work?

Only if they do not pay you. I did lots of modeling myself, for stores, & church groups and sometimes they offered the outfits, free, or even reduced to us, who helped out, (which indirectly was considered payment, sort of bartering), so, "be careful", "you may be obligated one way or another.: Do research!
