How can i start to raise money to open a charity ?

• i am 16 and yes it may sound stupid that at this age i want to open my own charity and you may say that it isnt possible at this age to do so but some how i am going to make this possible. But i need help on how i can do so i need to know how i can raise this money, how i can get my charity idea across and what people i need to go to to do so.
