No you don't get paid for it, it's for people who can't afford to buy clothes right now and need help. they collect the clothes sell it just enough to cover their rent and expenses so that it is affordable clothes for people who can't afford much at that time. The are a non profit organization. hope this helps . I f you are selling your clothes, try selling it in a yard sale keeping half of the profit and donate the rest to the salvation army that way you both benefit.

no they won't pay you. if you want money for your old things you no longer want or use, have a yard sale. you should donate the things, it will make you feel good to know you are helping others less fortunate. donate, donate, donate

I've never known the Salvation Army to give money for items. You might want to get a reciept for tax purposes because you might be able to get a charity write off.

Charitys don't pay YOU. You can donate it out of the goodness of your heart or you can sell it on your own.
