Career path out of marine biology?

What is the title of what I want to do for a career? (Marine Biology)?

  • I am very interested in marine biology. I know that that is a vague name, so I am trying to clarify what exactly it is that I am interested in pursuing, so that I can do more research on that specific career. I would love to have a future career working and studying with the ocean. I would like to observe the effects, causes, and changes that the ocean is undergoing from global warming, pollution, and other factors. I love working in labs, but I also want my job to include being in the ocean. So, what career would that be? What is a more specific title than "marine biologist" that I can search for that will give me information on what I would like to do. If there isn't anything like this, what is the most similar thing? Thank you for your time. If I can email you, that would be greatly appreciated.
