If I have 390 people attend a wedding fair how do I work out 11% of that 390 on a calculator?

Divide by 100 (you get 1%) and then multiply by 11 or put in 390 press divide 11 and then press the % button! Its 42.9 - Understand?

390 / 100 x 11

390 x 11% or .11=42.9 or 43 people

11 divided by 100 and then multiply by 390

11% of 390 is 42.9 you can work this out easier if you have a calc witht he perecentage sign if not. obviously you cant have a 0.9 of a person so you would round it up to 43 390 x 0.11 390 x 11%

Two ways: 1) 390 x 11% (use percent button) 2) 390 x 0.11
