What is the conversion ratio for Zinc Glycinate to Elemental Zinc?

I am searching for a large dose vitamin of Elemental Zinc. Is Zinc Glycinate the same as Elemental Zinc? If the two forms of zinc have different amounts of Elemental Zinc...
