How to draw the cubic Bézier curve?

How to draw A calibration curve?

  • A calibration curve is to be plotted using the data in the table below where the uncorrected UV absorbance of four samples (solutions of a drug metabolite of known concentration) were each measured four times. A sample X (of unknown concentration) gives corrected absorbances of 0.7777, 0.7780 and 0.7771. 1. Draw the calibration curve. 2. Calculate the concentration of the metabolite in sample X (95% confidence interval) including the error (uncertainty). You must calculate ‘manually’ the slope andintercept using the ‘quick and dirty’ Least Squares method. (Excel gives the following: sm = 0.045692 and sb = 0.016136 if you require them). I have tried to do this problem 5 times and each time a get a different answer. This was a lab exam that I got wrong an dmust correct ASAP. Please HELP!!
