Is there any way I could become autistic?

• I just hate myself as an NT. Just the fact that so many NT's bully aspies and that I am one of them makes me feel as if my heart was ripped from my chest and stomped on. I'm terribly depressed and I just hate myself like this. I want so much to be special and not just one of those nihilistic NT's. I feel like my existence in this world is dust. Please please don't attack me for being a "pathetic aspie wannabe" because I'm not one of them, I really feel deep down in my soul that I was born with the wrong brain wiring, I just know that I have so much passion deep inside me but I'm very limited in how much of it I can grab onto because my brain is not the way it should have been. Please help me, understand I'm in agony and beginning to feel like suicide is the only escape.I just don;t know what to do.

  Suicide is never the way out. Also, one thing: not all neurotypicals are bad. Just because you aren't autistic doesn't make you a terrible person. That's like saying, "I'm German, so I must be a Nazi and now I have to somehow make myself Spanish." Just be proud of who you are. You are who you were meant to be, and nobody can change that.
