Where can medical assistants find good jobs?

Any anesthesiologists assistants out there?

or those that are familiar with the profession. i am at it again trying to find what career is right for me and my family. i say family because i mean just that. i am 29 years old, married, and have 3 children. i have some college but i am ready to finish school already. the problem is all of the good paying jobs need a sound mathematical background which i don't have. my major was education but as much as i do enjoy children, i want to be able to provide for mine. hence my inquiry on anesthesiologists assistants. is much math required. i notice a masters in nursing is needed...what's the difference between a masters in nursing vs just a bachelors in nursing? basically i want to know as much as possible about this field before i once again go back to my community college and meet with my counselor. thanks
