What is the safest and effective sleeping pills here in the Philippines?

What sleeping pills are best for a good night sleep and occasional use?

  • Hello I am healthy and exercise often and normally sleep fine. But sometimes I cannot sleep( night before a holiday or appointment or big event). So I am just looking at a sleeping pill to use as and when needed. I hate going on holiday totally shattered from no sleep and then normally catch a cold on the flight due to being run down( lack of sleep). Also when my parents come and stay I can never sleep and it riuns my time with them as I am so tired and struggle to go out with them etc. I have tried herbal things and relaxation techniques and Nytol and other such things. Nothing works. What prescription sleeping pills are very good? Do not say go and see the doctor as I already know that. Just want advice on what prescription sleeping pills are very good, strong etc? Do you take sleeping pills and can you reccomend any? As I will only be taking them now and again I am not concerned about getting hooked. Any advice on decent prescription sleeping pills would be great. I am not overweight and have no health problems at all and work out 5 times a week. Thanks

I would talk to your doctor. Unison(Otc) works for.me but if u want prescription I would go.with seriqul...its off label use so don't worry about actual use. I take for sleeping.

lloyds chemist own brand work much better than nytol but if you use them a few nights in a row they have no effect
