Answer:
emergency medicine. it has a better lifestyle (other than working nights and weekends...but you don't work all of them) and allows you to do procedures on a regular basis, is fairly well reimbursed, allows you to be there in the time that the patient is the most scared or hurting the most and you have the oportunity to do something about it.

Surgery. Surgeons make more, are held in higher regard, and are ALWAYS in demand.

The foot doctor is the best. And you dont have to worry bout getting paid becuase you got your client by the foot. And you dont have to deal with the pressure that if you made a mistake that your patient died.As is the case with other branches of Medicine.

certainly depends on what you want really. if you're into the money-making deal that's not so much the true vocation go for surgery, cosmetic especially. I personally find it too mechanical most other specialties have their own demand without a doubt, and maybe you don't become stinking rich but they do well, as long as they like what they do and do it properly. i mean, how would male doctors otherwise love grabbing a peer's genitalia al day as a urologist? how would pathologists like to spend the whole day surrounded by corpses and tumors and tissue samples? it's a matter of going through the whole career and realising what it is you want. there's plenty of future in genetic research and in endocrinology which is were plenty of treatment is headed (and thus the money for R&D). neurology and psichiatry are still very mysterious and ignored, there's so much to learn about them and there's so much particularities about them all. that's my deal.

I would say not a doctor or physician or surgeon, etc. Sure they make alot of money, but talk to some of them and ask how much they have to pay every year for malpractice insurance!
