Emergency Room doctor in Japan?

Can a Doctor in the Emergency room write me a doctors note for work?

• Ive been sick for the last 2 days and I have a doctors appointment on thursday. Ive been really sick to my stomach, throwing up and i have been having a fever also. I cant take it i need to see a doctor now everything ive been taking hasnt helped me all. I wana go into the emergency room, can that doctor write me a doctors note for work..i hate missing work and I need a note to show my boss.

  If you were seen in the ER, the doctor should be able to write you a note attesting to the fact that you were seen by him/her in the ER on that day and could add additional notes if needed, as to when you should be able to return to work. I was an ER physician and did that for the patients that request it.
