If you have surgery to fix a deviated septum, can it be fixed cosmetically too?
-
I have a deviated septum and I need it fixed because it really affects my breathing, but I also HATE my nose. Like it's so horrible and I've wanted a nose job for years. If I'm getting surgery for my deviated septum, half being covered by insurance, can I get it fixed cosmetically aswell in the same procedure?

Answer:
Not only possible, but common. I'd go to a plastic surgeon as opposed to an ENT, although either can do both procedures. I jut think you'll get a better cosmetic result with a plastic surgeon.
