Can anybody give me any info on pharmacology????

Can anybody give me any info on pharmacology???? i mean like whhat's the difference between a pharmacist, pharmacologis, pharmaceutical. also what type of degrees are there for pharmacology, schools and jobs for pahrmacologist??/
