What do I do with a degree in Biology and pre-med?

About premed and medical school?

• do you get bachelor's degree by doing premed? if not what course do you have to do to get a bachelor's degree in biology? and what if don't get a bachelor's degree will the medical school just accept my premed course? i have not asked any adviser yet, i just what know some Information from students going into medical school or are doing premed Thanks

  Medical schools all have a list of required courses. Most of them require English, biology, organic and inorganic chemistry, and genetics. Some require physics or biochemistry. They all require that you have completed a bachelor's degree. You can get the degree in whatever you want, but you need have have done the required classes for the schools you are applying to. You can major in creative arts, and you'll do fine as long as you do all the sciences required of you. Usually it is easier to fulfill the required classes in a science major, but many of the people in my class have degrees ranging from music to engineering. Mine was in biochemistry, but I like biochem.
