Can a cystocele/rectocele/entrocele surgery be done under a spinal anesthesia?

Or epidural...anything but general anesthesia!! (or God forbid, that poision VERSED)

It _can_ be done under spinal, but you will need to discuss things with your anaesthetist. Often they get a bit toey if they don't have the last resort possibility of general anaesthesia.
