How did Bush get through Yale and Harvard Business School?

  • Let's face it. He's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. We all know that he got into Yale and Harvard Business School because of his family connections. However, what I want to know is, how did he pass? I know that I'm going to get a lot of flack from the conservatives here, but consider these things. Before he applied for admission to Harvard Business School, he had applied for admission to the law school at the University of Texas at Austin, who turned him down. (Apparently, the standards of UT-Austin are higher than those of Harvard.) Also, he's ignorant about the world around him and is lacking in intellectual curiosity. On a visit to the US, the Welsh singer Charlotte Church had the chance to meet Bush. He asked her where she was from, and when she told him that she was from Wales, he asked her, "What state is that in?" She had to actually tell him that Wales is a small country that's next to England! Yeah, he's real presidential material!

    Just be the son of a rich Dady and you will see what opens up to you. This guy is an abject failure, an overpromoted clown. The only presidential material about him are the suits he wears.

Let's face it. Ivy Legaue schools are a joke. The only difficult part is getting in. Once you're in, it's smooth sailing. His connections got him in, and once he was there he was shuffled along like every other rich kid that was there with him, including John Kerry. And while I'm sure GWB knows where Wales is, he probably didn't know who Charlotte Church was and assumed she was an American upon meeting her.

How did he pass? Well tangerine, he was smart. You simply can't bribe professor's into passing you. So just face it. President Bush actually made good grades compared to Kerry. President Bush is a smart guy. Unlike you. Tunnel Vision Syndrome is what you have.
