Being governor of Alaska requires constant international negotiations. And she did negotiate terms for building a natural gas pipe-line across Canada to deliver Natural Gas to the lower 48. Let me try and explain it to you...its not about whether you can see Russia from Alaska, my dear...its about whether she had foreign affairs experience and her reply was that she could see Russia from Alaska. (which means that I have as much experience as a banker because I can see Bank of America from my office window)...DUH!!!
