Obama intends to increase availability of healthcare coverage for all Americans and reduce insurance cost?

Then you must accept a government approved plan. The Bill prevents hospitals from expanding to accommodate more patients. The Bill gives the Government direct access to your bank account. The Bill taxes Citizens, but not Aliens, for not taking health care.
