LIBERALS, now that Warren Buffett DISAGREE with Obama?

Warren Buffet will now be disowned by the liberal media and most likely crucified by them as well, for going against Obama...

any one with common sense can tell obama is wrong for america, we do not need buffett or a Harvard degree to figure that out

I think Warren just got tossed under the 0bama bus. They will quote him no longer

Buffet had no idea what kind of idiot he really was.. He tricked Buffet just like he did half the country.. Well, he aint tricking him anymore.. Liberals are delusional and self-serving opprotunists, they will support anything Obama's asks of them if there are hand-outs attached to his policies (and there is in this case). No matter how destructive his policies may be. They will turn on Warren Buffett, as they do all those who disagree with Obama. Buffett will be thrown under the bus.

I read the article and he didn't disagree with how Obama is handling it. The economy is a shambles, residue of the Bush Administration. "The financial system was really where the crisis was last September and October, and that's been surmounted and that's enormously important. But in terms of the economy coming back, it takes a while." Who else said it would take awhile? Oh yeah! Obama did! BUFFETT: "No, I don't think the urgency has come away. The urgency has moved away from a total meltdown of the financial sector which we faced last fall. I've never seen anything like that. But I would give enormous credit to the people there. (Federal Reserve Chairman) Bernanke did a fabulous job. We were right at the point where people lost faith in money-market funds, when commercial paper stopped being issued. People would be having a problem meeting their payroll, very big companies, if that hadn't gotten addressed very quickly. And I give credit to people for doing that. So that part, we've moved past that particular period. We haven't got the economy going again." Note: "The urgency has moved away from a total meltdown of the financial sector which we faced last fall."

He is just breaking the news to us gently that cap and trade is a money grab. More than likely set up by obama`s people so they can`t say they did not tell us so.

It is too late to debate whether or not this legislation should be passed at this time, it should have been passed 20 years ago. Now the dems control both branches so it's time to pass the legislation now rather than risk losing the majority and having to wait another 5-10 years to get it through. American technology companies need to understand that this is the future and not hold off on developing new technology like the US auto industry has.

BUFFETT: I think if you get into the way it was written, it's a huge tax and there's no sense calling it anything else. I mean, it is a tax. And it's a fairly regressive tax. If we buy permits, essentially, at our utilities, that goes right into the bills of the utility customers and an awful lot of people in Iowa, in Oregon, and Utah, and places where we are, very poor people are going to pay a lot more money for electricity. So I think that can be improved". He says "It is important that we move on carbon emissions", and he's right. John McCain agrees with him, as do 97% of climatologists. *** "But I don't think they should be jammed through in a hurry". We needed to start reducing CO2 emissions many years ago. Pay a little now, or a LOT later.
