What do you think of the Fairness Act?

Once they censor talk radio, it will be harder to find the truth.

it is a liberal attempt to silence talk radio. They think the First Amendment only applies to liberal points of view.

Its censorship, pure and simple.

Anti first amendment. Would it be applied to NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, MSNBS, NPR, PBS, The New York Times, Boston Globe, Washington Post, Atlanta Journal, LA Times, San Francisco Chronical, etc, Or just a few conservative talk show?

I think it is a violation of our freedom of speech. I think that someone ought to take it to federal court and have it overturned. The liberals think it will help them keep us quiet but one day it will backfire on them.

It will eliminate free speech as we know it. Not just for Conservative radio. But eventually, for all. Just one of many rights to be eliminated under the Obama administration. Wait and see. Even those that voted for him will see at some point how wrong his vision is. Too late then.

it should be called the un-fairness act as it stiples the right from having a voice,especially since the left has had a voice for years.A re-introduction of the fairness act would have no merit on any left wing media,especially radio,since the left has failed at every attempt to hold a market in that field.Only on the right would it have a lock on free speech.

Another way for the liberals to control every action of the citizens. It will go against a rdio station I listen to. Any republican talk radio show. Will only affect the ones that disagree with their almighty beings. Liberals are for all? That is crap. Freedom--BS they hate freedoms unless it is for them.
