Um, no, a psychopath of the worst kind, a charismatic one. BTW, he thought it was very "logical" to kill ALL the Jews in Europe, and force all Polish people (the ones who were left) to become basically slaves and servants of the Germans, many of whom would then emigrate to Poland and homestead. That was his ultimate plan--thank God it never came to fruition. Many millions more would have died had he and the German military power kept going.
