What can you do with a bachelor's degree in law?

With a bachelors degree, can I enter the armed forces at 29 and obtain a law degree/become an attorney?

    The cutoff age for the Air Force is 28. Believe me this I know for sure. My husband joined at 27 and had to attend basic before he turned 28. The AF Reserves enlist until the age of 35. I believe the Army and Navy Cutoff is 35, as well. The Army and Nacy both offer the Montgomery GI Bill. You can't use it for one year after enlisting. You have to pay $100 per month for one year to be eligible for the GI BIll. After the first year you can take classes up to a certain dollar amount per semester.

if u go with a B A u go in with my rank. becoming an officer in the armed forces is the best thing i reccommned it. they will pay for u to persue your education the cut off age is 35 good luck the air force boot camp is only 6 weeks

Yes you can. There is a program called FLEP where militay officers become JAG attorneys but you have to pass the bar. They will pay for the education. Then they send you to school in Charlottesville, VA. if you can pass the bar in whatever state you are in. I was JAG for 9 yrs as an enlisted soldier and crossed over to Ordnance as an officer. To add to msmonabiz's response: The Marine Corps also has a Funded Law Program (FLP) where a Marine Corps officer can pursue their law degree at the government's expense. Marine Corps and Navy Judge Advocates attend Naval Justice School in Newport, RI.
