What are the prerequisites for federal jobs?

How likely am I to be able to get these Army MOS jobs?

I took the ASVAB yesterday, and I did really well on it! I got a 99 on the AFPT, and my line scores qualified me for basically everything. (My scores are here in case you want proof: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AnnnIEg4vbOReTGXGRsVFbbsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20100113172523AA1ze9l Here's the thing: I'm a Green Card holder, so from the MOS job listings, I had to cross out the ones which require a Security Clearance (only granted to US citizens, and I'm not one yet). Here are the MOS jobs I'm most interested in, in order of preference: 27D - Paralegal Specialist 15Q - Air Traffic Control Operator 68E - Dental Specialist 68X - Mental Health Specialist 68D - Operating Room Specialist None of these jobs require a security clearance, and I have the scores/prerequisites for them all. I'm meeting with my recruiter on Tuesday to sit down and see whether these jobs are available. How realistic of a chance is it I'll get any of these jobs to show up?

Did about.com tell you they didn't require a clearance because I'm pretty sure some of them do. Either way, those are all high demand jobs that are very limited and very popular so probably not.
