What would the people of the UK do if the US Military launched a full scale military invasion of their Island?

Britain hasn't actually been invaded successfully by anyone else since 1066, but if you think you've got the balls, then bring it on, but also bare in mind that we already let you keep thousands of your people here anyhow and there are USAF and US Navy bases all over the UK that are so friendly with us that they would lick us to death. My opinion is simple . I'd NUKE the US of A. I think you are just jealous we in the UK have HISTORY. We are a small nation but a proud one. As for US of A being the only super power? Keep taking the tablets matey. A couple of little countries called CHINA and NORTH KOREA have almost as many soldiers in their armies as the good old U.S of A has in total population.

My opinion is 1) It'll never happen. 2) The US army already have many bases in the UK 3) If it did happen you'd find out what a guerilla wars all about. 4) An attack on the UK is an attack on Europe, The US would struggle against a combined European army, also you'd be fighting Canada,Australia,NewZealand and many others who are allies of the UK, the US would get leathered. 5) The UK is already a democracy and its own constitution 6) We all have real jobs and our standard of life is much better than any Americans of the same standing. 7) I think that the fact that you've even thought that far that you are clearly unstable mentally and are a danger to society.

Firstly the UK already has a written Constitution composed of The charter of Liberties 1100 The Magna Carta 1215 The Magna Carta 1297 (statute) The Declaration of Rights 1688 The Bill of Rights 1689 and secondly if you can't manage a third world country with people living in caves like Afghanistan then how on God's Earth do you think you could could cope with a nuclear developed country with a reputation of war and empire building like Britain. I am british. While I would admit defeat on the point that military speaking the US would massively out number us, I debate the rest of your weird little question. 1) We have a constitution. Its not called that, Instead it is called the 'Magna Carta' and all of its following amendments. 2) We have a huge section on human rights. In fact, we have more 'everyday' rights than in the US 3) We are all citizens already 4) We are a democracy AND a Monarchy, which BTW only controls our armed forces (All prime ministers have to meet with the reigning monarch each week to discuss what our armed forces are doing. All decisions made by a prime minister would have to approved by the monarch first. 5) What the royal family does for the THOUSANDS of charities they support far our weights the 'cost' of them. 6) There is no 'right' side to drive a car. Simply not crashing is the right thing to do, (and before you say you invented the car, it was actually the Germans who made the first car)

Well considering the USA have never won a real war on its own if i was you i would not even consider it as you have no idea about British people we would defend this land to the last man.
