Can someone identify this patch?

Please help Identify A War Patch as Squad leader or Team Leader?

• I don't see how this squad leader patch http://www.combatsportsupply.com/symbologyidentifierpatchsql.aspx has more ^'s than this TEAM leader patch http://www.combatsportsupply.com/symbologyidentifierpatchtldr.aspx So when I go play airsoft I know wheather I am the leader of the entire team of our specific color of armband or just the squad leader of my 3 friends. So which one is better, the one with the 3 ^'s or the one with the 2 ^'s because maybe team leader isnt as many people being lead as squad leader. Which one has more people being lead, I dont want to get the 2 ^s patch and someone has 3 and says theyre higher in power.

  Airsoft is not the military. We don't wear team and squad leader patches in the military. I recommend that you re-post this in the games section. That said, the three chevrons for the Squad Leader patch is clearly designed to resemble the three chevrons of a Sergeant who can lead a squad, just as the two chevrons for the Team Leader resembles a Corporal's rank. In this case, a "Team" does not represent an entire team like in sports. Normally, a Squad is made up of two or three Teams, so a Team Leader is subordinate to a Squad Leader
