Are Canadian Reserves forced to get vaccinations?
-
I've heard that if you join the US Forces you're forced to get vaccinations or immunizations. I was wondering if this is true of the Canadian Forces and especially the Canadian Reserves.

Answer:
Most vaccinations are required, you have no choice. Some are optional, like the flu shot.

Yes. If your inoculations are not up to date, then they will be done by the medics when you are being registered. If you have a religious objection to inoculation, then the forces is not a career for you. The inoculations prevent you from getting debilitating diseases that would render you useless to the military, not to mention might also kill you.
