Can the GI Bill money used for education in foreign schools?

What if I want to study in Europe or elsewhere, can I do it under the GI Bill? I'm not talking about being an exchange student, but studying in a completely foreign educational institution.

Answer:
If it is accredited and approved by VA then yes you may be able to study at a school or college outside the US. You need to talk to a VA rep about which one you are considering.
