How can I make my personal statement great?

How can someone make a statement for their independence at a military school?

• i have this idea for a story in part of it this kid who is leaving the school very soon wants to make a statement that he is independent and an individual to oppose the schools oppressive leadership, he does it during formation (its a military school) he doesnt insult the military but he makes the student leadership so mad they try to hurt him and make a fool of themselves so how could this kid go about making this statement, he isnt trying to insult the military he is trying to insult the school leadership who twist the beliefs and goals of the military

  Beautiful... Watch "Last castle standing" with Robert Redford. He would only be able to make a statement to his peers or his leader's supervisors. I know oppressive leaders HATE being questioned. He could get in "trouble" and refuse the punishment because of the nature of that punishment. The punishment can be cruel and unusual (8th Amendment) so he stands up to the leaders, defending the constitution in which he was sworn to protect to against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC.
